Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Vesta Home and the user of the website vestahome.ge (hereinafter referred to as the “User”). Collectively, they are referred to as the “Parties”.
vestahome.ge is an online store through which the User can purchase furniture, electrical appliances, and other types of products.
Product Features and Availability
The website vestahome.ge displays standard models that are sold from available stock.
Since products are sold in large quantities and stock levels change frequently, the Company verifies the availability of the selected product before confirming each order.
An order is considered finally confirmed only after the User is notified that the product is in stock.
Placing an Order
The User places an order through the website.
The order is confirmed by the Company after stock verification.
For certain products, payment can be made either upon delivery or in advance before delivery. The specific payment terms are indicated in each product description.
The User may use installment payment services through partner banks.
Prices and Payment
All prices are indicated in the national currency (GEL).
Card payments are processed through the bank’s secure payment page. vestahome.ge does not store card details.
Delivery and Handover
The standard delivery time is:
In Tbilisi — 1–2 days
In regions — 3–4 days
However, considering operational and logistical circumstances, the maximum delivery time is set at 7 days.
The User is obliged to visually inspect the product upon delivery.
No claims regarding visual damage will be accepted after the product has been handed over.
The courier company is responsible for any damage caused during transportation.
Order Cancellation and Returns
An order may be cancelled before the product is shipped to the User.
After shipment, returns are possible only in cases предусмотренные (provided for) by the legislation of Georgia.
Electrical appliances can be returned only in case of a manufacturing defect.
Furniture can be returned only if a production defect is identified.
Warranty
In case of a manufacturing or production defect, the Company ensures repair or replacement of the product within a reasonable timeframe.

To deliver in-stock products within the specified timeframe.
To ensure the delivery of quality products.
To provide information related to the order upon the User’s request.
User Obligations
To provide accurate contact and address information.
To ensure safe receipt of the product.
To follow the product usage instructions.
Personal Data Protection
vestahome.ge collects the User’s first name, last name, phone number, address, and, if necessary, email address solely for the purpose of fulfilling the order.

The website uses Facebook Pixel and Google Analytics to collect anonymous statistical data for the purpose of improving the website.
Force Majeure
The Company shall not be liable for failure to fulfill its obligations if such failure is caused by force majeure circumstances.

The Parties undertake not to disclose any information obtained within the framework of cooperation, except as required by law.
Dispute Resolution
All disputes shall be resolved through negotiations. If an agreement cannot be reached, the dispute shall be resolved in accordance with the legislation of Georgia.
Additional Provisions
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Georgia. The invalidity of any provision shall not affect the validity of the entire document.
