Delivery and Payment

The delivery cost of products listed on vestahome.ge depends on the specific product, its size, and the delivery location. The delivery fee is indicated in the description of each product.

Delivery is generally carried out:

In Tbilisi — within 1–2 days

In regions, within 2–4 days, depending on the location

In exceptional cases, due to logistical or operational circumstances, the delivery time may be extended, but shall not exceed 7 days from the confirmation of the order.

Please note that delivery time for furniture may vary depending on the size and volume of the product and generally ranges from 1 to 5 days, and in exceptional cases, no more than 7 days.

Carrying products to upper floors is not included as a standard service.
Exceptions may apply only in the following cases:

When explicitly stated on the website, or

Based on a personal agreement between the User and the courier on-site.

Delivery is performed both by the Company and by partner courier services, in compliance with transportation safety standards.

Online card payments are processed through the secure payment system of Unipay.ge, which complies with modern security standards. vestahome.ge does not store card details.

Online installment payments are provided through partner banking and financial institutions (TBC Bank, Bank of Georgia, Credo Bank, Crystal, and others). Installment terms, interest rates, and the approval process are fully regulated by the respective financial institution.
